Staying at home and working can be stressful especially if we don’t know how to draw the boundaries between work and rest. My tip is to always try to ensure you get a workout done to sweat it out because an active body will create a positive mental state.
With that said, jumping is one of the best exercise movements in a bodyweight workout routine and here’s an initiative where we can be part of.
